Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Real Ratna Gems

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.realratna.com and any purchases made through our website. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Real Ratna Gems

Real Ratna Gems deals in natural gemstones, precious and semi-precious stones, certified gemstones and related products for retail and wholesale customers.

For any questions regarding these Terms & Conditions, please contact us using the details provided at the end of this page.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that business.

3. Product Information and Natural Variations

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, weights, dimensions, prices and certification details.

Natural gemstones may vary in colour, shade, clarity, inclusions, transparency, cut and appearance because of their natural characteristics. Product photographs may also appear slightly different due to lighting, photography and screen settings.

Customers should carefully review the product description and available specifications before placing an order.

Product descriptions and certification claims will reflect the information available for the particular gemstone.

A laboratory certificate will be provided where expressly stated in the product listing or agreed upon before purchase. Not every gemstone should be assumed to include an independent laboratory certificate.

Customers are encouraged to review the available certificate details before purchasing.

5. Pricing and Taxes

All prices will be displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other disclosed fees will be shown during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy. If a genuine pricing or listing error is identified, we may contact you to resolve the issue before proceeding with the order. Any payment collected for an order that is not accepted will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability, successful payment verification and order confirmation.

An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched or finally accepted.

We reserve the right to decline or review an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraudulent activity, inaccurate pricing or unavailable stock. If an order is not accepted after payment has been collected, the payment will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped according to our published Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment has been expressly confirmed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide an accurate shipping address and reachable contact details.

8. Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

All returns, exchanges, refunds and eligible lifetime gemstone returns are governed by our separate Return, Exchange & Refund Policy published on this website.

Customers should review that policy before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies available under applicable law.

9. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom gemstone jewellery and made-to-order products may be manufactured according to customer-selected gemstones, designs, metal specifications or other requirements.

Customers should confirm the product specifications, design, price and applicable return conditions before placing a custom order.

Any special terms or deductions must be disclosed before purchase and must comply with applicable law.

10. Astrological and Traditional Information

Information about gemstones, astrology, planetary associations and traditional beliefs is provided for general informational purposes only.

Real Ratna Gems does not guarantee any particular financial, professional, personal, spiritual or health outcome from wearing or possessing a gemstone.

Gemstones are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal or other qualified advice.

11. Wholesale and B2B Purchases

Wholesale orders, dealer arrangements, distributorships and other B2B transactions may be subject to separate quotations, invoices or written agreements.

Pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms, stock availability and any special schemes will be governed by the applicable commercial terms.

No wholesale benefit, stock rotation facility or special exchange arrangement should be assumed unless expressly confirmed by Real Ratna Gems.
