1. Our Commitment to Genuine Gemstones

Every gemstone offered by Real Ratna Gems is described according to its identified type and the information available for that particular product.

We take care to select and inspect our gemstones before offering them for sale. Product descriptions, treatment disclosures and available certification details are provided to help customers make informed decisions.

2. Lifetime Authenticity Assurance

We stand behind the authenticity of the gemstones we sell.

If a gemstone purchased directly from Real Ratna Gems is subsequently determined by an independent, recognised gemological laboratory to be synthetic, artificial or lab-grown when it was sold and represented to the customer as a natural gemstone, the customer may submit a claim under this assurance.

After verification and approval of a valid claim, Real Ratna Gems will provide:

- A 100% refund of the original purchase price of the affected gemstone.

- Reimbursement of reasonable laboratory testing charges incurred to establish the authenticity issue, subject to the conditions below.

This assurance is intended to provide long-term confidence in the authenticity of your purchase. It does not expire merely because time has passed, provided the gemstone can still be reliably identified and the claim meets the conditions of this policy.

3. Independent Gemological Verification

If you wish to independently verify your gemstone, you may have it examined by a recognised gemological laboratory with suitable expertise in the relevant gemstone.

If the report indicates that the gemstone is synthetic, artificial or lab-grown despite having been sold to you as natural, please share the following with our team:

- Your original purchase invoice or order number.

- The laboratory report identifying the gemstone and stating the relevant findings.

- Clear photographs of the gemstone, where available.

- The laboratory testing invoice or receipt if reimbursement is requested.

We will review the documentation and may arrange an independent second assessment where the report is inconclusive, disputed or insufficient to identify the gemstone supplied.

4. Conditions for a Valid Claim

To help us verify a claim fairly, the following conditions apply:

- The gemstone must have been purchased directly from Real Ratna Gems.

- Proof of purchase must be provided.

- The laboratory report must relate to the same gemstone originally supplied.

- The gemstone must not have been substituted, materially altered or subjected to a process that prevents reliable verification of its original identity.

- The report must be issued by a recognised laboratory capable of evaluating the relevant gemstone.

- The customer must make the gemstone available for reasonable inspection or independent verification if required.

We will assess each claim on its merits and communicate the outcome to the customer.

5. Laboratory Fees and Reimbursement

Where a claim is accepted under this policy, reasonable laboratory testing charges directly related to establishing the covered authenticity issue will be reimbursed upon submission of valid supporting receipts.

Any proposed independent verification or additional testing will be discussed with the customer where reasonably practicable.

6. Scope of This Assurance

This assurance specifically concerns the gemstone's natural or synthetic status as represented at the time of sale.

It does not automatically guarantee:

- A particular resale value or investment return.

- A specific country of origin unless expressly documented.

- A particular treatment-free or unheated status unless specifically stated and supported.

- A guaranteed astrological, personal, financial or health outcome.

- The absence of every natural inclusion or characteristic.

Natural gemstones can have individual variations in colour, clarity, inclusions and appearance. These characteristics are not, by themselves, proof that a gemstone is synthetic or inauthentic.
