B2B & Wholesale Policy – Real Ratna Gems

Real Ratna Gems welcomes enquiries from jewellery retailers, gemstone dealers, jewellers, distributors and other business customers interested in purchasing gemstones for resale or commercial use.

This policy explains the general terms applicable to wholesale and business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

Our wholesale services are intended for businesses and professionals such as:

- Jewellery retailers and showroom owners.

- Gemstone dealers and traders.

- Jewellery manufacturers and designers.

- Distributors and resellers.

- Other eligible commercial buyers.

We may request reasonable business information for verification, invoicing and transaction purposes.

2. Wholesale Pricing and Quotations

Wholesale prices may differ from retail prices depending on the gemstone, quantity, specifications, availability and commercial terms.

The applicable price will be communicated through a quotation, product listing, invoice or written confirmation before the order is finalised.

Prices may change for future orders due to market conditions, stock availability or supplier costs. A confirmed order will be governed by the price and terms agreed for that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

3. Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum order quantities, if any, may vary depending on the gemstone category, product and wholesale arrangement.

Customers should confirm any minimum purchase requirement with our team before placing a wholesale order.

No minimum order quantity or wholesale discount should be assumed unless expressly stated in the applicable quotation or written agreement.

4. Product Specifications and Certification

Gemstone specifications may include stone type, carat weight, dimensions, colour, clarity, treatment information and certification details, where available.

Natural gemstones may vary in appearance and characteristics. Identical replacement stock may not always be available.

Certificates will be provided where expressly stated in the product listing, quotation or order confirmation. Customers requiring a particular laboratory certificate or treatment status should confirm the requirement before purchasing.

Dealers and resellers must accurately represent the gemstones they sell and must not make unsupported claims about authenticity, origin, treatment, certification or astrological benefits.

5. Order Confirmation and Payment

Wholesale orders are subject to product availability, payment verification and acceptance of the applicable commercial terms.

Payment methods, advance payments, credit terms and any other payment arrangements will be confirmed before the order is accepted.

Credit facilities are available only where expressly approved in writing by Real Ratna Gems.

An enquiry or quotation does not guarantee stock reservation unless this has been confirmed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Wholesale orders will be shipped according to the agreed dispatch and delivery arrangements.

Shipping charges, estimated timelines and any special packaging requirements will be communicated before order confirmation.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the order size, product availability, courier service and destination.

The general Shipping & Delivery Policy also applies, subject to any specific written terms agreed for the relevant B2B transaction and applicable law.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Product Claims

Wholesale returns, exchanges and refund requests will be assessed according to the applicable written commercial terms, our published Return, Exchange & Refund Policy where applicable, and mandatory legal requirements.

Customers should inspect delivered products and report any discrepancy, damage, incorrect item or material mismatch promptly, providing the invoice and supporting photographs or documentation where available.

Natural variations in colour, clarity, inclusions and appearance should be considered when evaluating natural gemstones.

Nothing in this policy excludes any remedy that is required under applicable law.

8. Wholesale Discounts and Promotional Schemes

Any wholesale discount, dealer benefit, promotional offer or special pricing arrangement will be subject to the specific terms communicated by Real Ratna Gems.

Offers may depend on product category, order quantity, validity period and payment terms.

A discount or promotional benefit for one order does not automatically apply to future orders.

9. Dealer, Distributor and Reseller Arrangements

Any dealership, distributorship, franchise, territory exclusivity or long-term commercial arrangement must be separately discussed and confirmed in writing.

No customer becomes an authorised distributor, exclusive dealer or franchise partner merely by purchasing products at wholesale prices.

Any authorised use of the Real Ratna Gems name, logo, branding or marketing material requires prior permission.

10. Stock Rotation and Buyback

Stock rotation, unsold-stock exchange, buyback or repurchase facilities are not automatically included in wholesale purchases.

Such arrangements will apply only where expressly offered and confirmed in writing, including the relevant eligibility conditions, valuation method, time limits and deductions, if any.

11. Confidentiality and Business Conduct

Non-public quotations, dealer pricing and confidential commercial information should not be disclosed to third parties without authorisation, unless disclosure is legally required.

All business transactions must comply with applicable laws. Customers must not misrepresent product specifications, certificates or claims supplied by Real Ratna Gems.

12. Limitation and Applicable Law

This policy is intended to explain the general framework for wholesale transactions. Specific quotations, invoices and signed agreements may contain additional terms for a particular order.

These transactions are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer protection, commercial and other mandatory legal requirements.
